Cheteshwar Pujara has been dismissed in India’s first innings of the second Test against England at Lord’s. Pujara scored 28 during his long and determined stay in the middle. He was bowled by Ben Stokes in the 42nd over. The ball came in and beat Pujara as it took the top of the off-stump.
This has been a green surface and the seamer’s paradise. The ball has been moving around since morning and England had no hesitation in bowling first when they won the toss. In these conditions, India have been determined, but have lost wickets at regular intervals. Murali Vijay was earlier dismissed for 24 and then Virat Kohli was gone for 25.
