Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni became Stuart Broad’s 250th Test wicket during the afternoon session of Day One at Lord’s. Dhoni edged one from Broad for one and was caught behind by Matt Prior. India now are 123 for five. Ajinkya Rahane is batting in the middle and Ravindra Jadeja is batting with him.

Earlier, India had made a decent start and they were 73 for two at Lunch, which was a good score. Cheteshwar Pujara was batting very well before he was dismissed for 28. Virat Kohli was also moving very positively but was out for 25.  England had quite rightly won the toss and chosen to bowl first.
