Dinesh Karthik has been dismissed for 23 against Pakistan in the sixth match of the Asia Cup 2014 at Mirpur. He slog-swept a delivery from Mohammad Hafeez to Saeed Ajmal at short fine-leg on the first ball of the 37th over. Rayudu is batting on 30. The partnership between Rayudu and Karthik was worth 52 runs for the fifth wicket.
India are at 156 for five after 37 overs. Ravindra Jadeja is the new batsman in. India had lost their top-order for before the half-way in the innings. Shikhar Dhawan was the first wicket to fall for 10 to Mohammad Hafeez.
Virat Kohli then departed for five to Umar Gul. Rohit Sharma has top-scored so far with 56, but he fell to Mohammad Talha. Rohit had scored his 22 half-century in ODIs during the match. He struck seven fours and two sixes.
Ajinkya Rahane then was dismissed for 23 as Talha got his second wicket. Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and elected to bowl first. Both India and Pakistan have won one and lost one in the Asia Cup.
