Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the Indian seam bowler has recorded the most economical figures in T20 Internationals. Against West Indies in the ICC World T20 2014, he recorded figures of three overs for only three runs. He did not pick a wicket, but kept tight lines. The interesting thing is that two off those runs came off wides.

If one considers a spell off over 18 balls in an innings, Alex Cussack of Ireland leads it as he also conceded three runs in his three overs. However, he did pick up two wickets. This came against Kenya at Stromont in 2008. The only difference is that Bhuvneshwar did not pick wickets.
