There is no denying the fact that Virat Kohli and Co. stresses very hard on the fitness part of the game. Kohli, in particular, wants everybody in the team to be more than a hundred percent fit, so that they can be agile and athletic on the field. However, it is not just Kohli who puts emphasis on fitness, but other Indian cricketers too focus on this regime. In the background, one can see other players such as Yuvraj Singh, Hardik Pandya and the captain himself working out in the gym. This shows how much importance the Indian team members give to fitness. Staying fit has certainly helped them to raise the fielding standards in the last few years.
