The Indian T20 league had a dramatic start with Chennai snatching victory from Mumbai’s jaws in Match 1 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The Match 2 and 3 are expected to be equally filled with thrill and excitement. Where Punjab takes on Delhi in the first match on Sunday, the second will see perennial underachievers Bangalore taking on Kolkata. The 2017 season was shambolic for Bangalore. They finished at the last spot in the points table.

However, they made several changes during the 2018 auctions that makes Bangalore and exciting team to watch out for. Brendon McCullum, all-rounder Chris Woakes, Washington Sundar, Colin de Grandhomme, Tim Southee, Quinton de Kock are some of the new players in the side who can add firepower to the side.

Knowing the strengths that the side possesses in this season, Bangalore players shout out loud ‘Ee Sala Cup Namde.’ It simply means, the trophy belongs to Bangalore this time.
