Manvinder Bisla was retained by the Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 60 lakhs while Aditya Tare (Rs 1.60 crore) and CM Gautam (20 lakhs) were taken by Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013 auction on Thursday.

There were other overseas wicketkeepers as well, such as Australia’s Ben Dunk and South Africa’s Davy Jacobs who remained unsold.

It was surprising move by the Mumbai Indians, who bought as many as three wicketkeepers in Tare and Gautam, along with Sushant Marathe. Marathe was taken at base price of Rs 10 lakhs.

Yogesh Takawale remained unsold in the auction.
