Bangladesh speedstar Mustafizur Rahman has been sold to the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 2016 Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction in Bengaluru on Saturday. Rahman has been the latest speed bowling sensationfrom Bangladesh, who has created havoc among few of the international cricketers, as he undoubtedly has been one of the breakout supertsars of the year. His lethal bowling has allowed him to fetch Rs. 1.4 crores from the SRH. It is a second franchise representing Hyderabad after Deccan Chargers withdrew from the T20 league at the end of 2012 season. The team is owned by Kalanithi Maran of the Sun TV channel Network. Tom Moody is the head coach and Simon Helmot is the assistant coach of the team. David Warner is the current skipper of Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team was earlier led by Darren Sammy in 2014.
