Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the form team of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014 will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in a crucial tie at Eden Gardens on May 22. Both teams will be eyeing a victory, as they look to qualify for the IPL 7 play-offs. Kolkata have won all their last five games and are sitting pretty with 14 points. Kolkata’s top-order has been the key to their success during the last few games. Robin Uthappa and to a lesser extent, Gautam Gambhir have been in fine form. Uthappa showed his class with some vintage stroke-play in their game against Chennai Super Kings. The victory against formidable foes Chennai also would have lifted the spirits of the Kolkata camp. The likes of Shakib Al Hasan, Ryan ten Doeschate, Yusuf Pathan and company have chipped in with useful runs when required.
