Delhi Daredevils started off tentatively in chase of 167 against Kolkata Knight Riders in match 6 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014 at Dubai on Saturday. After a sparkling start from Mayank Agarwal, Murali Vijay was dismissed run-out by Mayank Agarwal for a second ball duck. It was the sixth duck of the day. Delhi are 39 for two in four overs.
However, Mayank Agarwal scored aggressively to keep up with the required rate. Dinesh Karthik is batting alongside Agarwal and the two have been awful in their running between the wickets. Agarwal was dismissed by Morne Morkel for 26 from 14 balls.
Earlier, Manish Pandey and Robin Uthappa had put up impressive performances to power KKR to 166 for five after winning the toss and opting to bat.
