# Sunil Narine is the first bowler to complete 60 wickets (ave.15.35) in 41 matches for Kolkata in the IPL. With 14 wickets at 17.64 runs apiece in 10 matches, he is the leading wicket-taker for Kolkata in the IPL 2014.

# Rohit Sharma (51 off 45 balls) has posted his third fifty in the IPL 2014. Overall, he has one hundred and 21 fifties in the IPL.

# Ambati Rayudu became the first Mumbai batsman to manage 300 runs in the IPL 2014 – his tally being 310 (ave. 31.00) in 10 innings, including two fifties.

# Yusuf Pathan has become the seventh player to appear in 100 or more IPL games, joining Suresh Raina (109), Rohit Sharma (107), Mahendra Singh Dhoni (106), Virat Kohli (103), Dinesh Karthik (102) and Robin Uthappa (101).

# Gautam Gambhir and Uthappa have been involved in four partnerships of 50 or more for the opening wicket in the IPL – 121 vs Rajasthan; 106 vs Delhi; 68 vs Punjab and 50 vs Mumbai. The pair became the first opening pair to share four consecutive stands of fifty or more.

# Uthappa became the leading run-scorer for Kolkata in IPL 7 – his aggregate being 382 runs at an average of 38.20 in ten matches. His aggregate is exceeded by two batsmen in the IPL 2014 – Glenn Maxwell (517) and Dwayne Smith (440).

# Uthappa’s aggregate is the highest by Indian batsman in the IPL 2014. He became the second Kolkata batsman after Gambhir to record three fifties in the IPL 2014.

# Uthappa’s 80 off 52 balls is his highest score in the IPL – his 11th fifty in the IPL.

# Uthappa has got his second Man of the Match award in the IPL.

# Kolkata Knight Riders have won four games and lost 10 out of 14 contested vs Mumbai Indians in the IPL.

# Gambhir became the third skipper to have won 50 matches or more in Twenty20, joining Dhoni (103) and Shoaib Malik (50). His captaincy records reads – 50 wins, 38 losses, one tied game and one no-result game out of 90 contested in Twenty20 – winning % 56.74. As IPL captain, he enjoys success % of 55.47 – 40 wins, 32 losses and one tied game out of 73.
