South Africa posted a massive score of 219 for four against India in their one-off T20 match in Johannesburg on Friday.
Colin Ingram top scored with 78, while Kallis gave him a good company with 61 off 42 balls.
South Africa, put into bat, got off to a flyer with Richard Levi smashing the Indian bowlers for four boundaries before falling to Irfan Pathan.
Kallis and Ingram then continued the good work as they tore apart the hapless Indian bowling attack.
MS Dhoni used eight bowlers to contain the Proteas onslaught but failed to get any breakthrough.
Just when things looked bleak for the Indians, Ravichandran Ashwin struck to send Kallis back after a brilliant half-century.
Three over latter, Ingram departed but the damage was already done.
Farhaan Behardien and Justin Ontong provide the final flourish.
Irfan and Suresh Raina took two wicket apiece.
Brief Scores: South Africa 219 for 4 in 20 overs (Colin Ingram 78, Jacques Kallis 61, Suresh Raina 2 for R Ashwin 1 for 33) vs India
