India will take on New Zealand in the fourth One-Day International (ODI) of the five-match series at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi on Wednesday. It’s the hometown of Indian captain MS Dhoni, where India have never lost any game in both ODIs and Twenty20 Internationals (T20I). So far, India have played three ODIs and have won two out of them, while one ended without any result. India are currently having upper hand in the series with two victories from three games at the moment. The first game of the series, played at the picturesque location of Dharamsala, saw hosts India get across the line quite comfortably. Full Cricket Scorecard, India vs New Zealand, 4th ODI.
The second match at the capital city Delhi though was a cliff-hanger and went down to the wire, with New Zealand winning it by six runs and registering their first win on the tour in the process. The third ODI was quite interesting one as India won it by seven wickets and it was very well architect by captain Dhoni, by coming up in the batting order and Virat Kohli as well. The fourth game is played at Ranchi and dew, as always, is going to play its part with the winter already beginning in the northern and eastern parts of the country. Well, Kiwi captain Kane Williamson has won the toss and opted to bat first.
