While training at Mohali ahead of the second ODI between India and Sri Lanka, MS Dhoni and Hardik Pandya indulged in a 100-metre race. Both men are renowned for their athleticism, and the race certainly grabbed attention. It was complete antitheses of sorts to the Mark Richardson days. Richardson, presumably the slowest of an athletic New Zealand side, typically picked the slowest member of the opposition side during every series and challenged him to a sprint. The event attained such popularity that the Beige Brigade sponsored his kit — a full-sleeved, hooded beige-and-brown running suit. To add to the spectacle, Richardson ran in dark shades at times.

There is no prize for guessing who won the race at Mohali: ‘Ab Dhoni ko kaun taal sakta hai?’
