Pakistan announce squad for Zimbabwe tour

Lahore: Aug 6, 2013

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) appointed Moin Khan as the manager and announced the Twenty20, One-Day International (ODI) and Test teams and management for the one-month long tour of Zimbabwe.

Pakistan will arrive in Zimbabwe on August 19, 2013, for a month long tour. This itinerary was announced by PCB on their official website.

Mohammad Hafeez will lead the T20 side whereas Misbah-ul-Haq will captain the ODI and the Test sides. Nasir Jamshed has been dropped from the Test team while Faisal Iqbal returns in the team.

Pakistan will kickstart their campaign with two back-to-back T20s at the Harare Sports Clun on August 23 and 24. The three ODIs will be on Tuesday August the 27th, Thursday August the 29th and Saturday August the 31st at Harare. The first Test will be played in Harare from September 3-7. The action will then shift to Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo where the second Test match will commence from September 10-14.
