Pakistan lead Sri Lanka by 42 runs at tea on Day 4 of 2nd Test at Dubai

Pakistan, facing defeat in the second Test against Sri Lanka, reached 265 for six at tea on the fourth day in Dubai on Saturday. Sri Lanka removed Pakistani skipper Misbah-ul-Haq for 97 before tea to press their claims for a win and take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series after the first Test ended in a draw in Abu Dhabi.
The lunch session began with Pakistan at 189 for four. At tea, Sarfraz Ahmed (39) and Bilawal Bhatti (7) were at the crease with Pakistan leading by just 42 runs in the second innings.
Paceman Nuwan Pradeep (two for 50) and Rangana Herath (two for 106) were the pick of Sri Lankan bowlers.
Pakistan 165 (Khurram Manzoor 73; Nuwan Pradeep 3 for 62, Rangana Herath 3 for 26) and 265 for 6 (Younis Khan 77, Misbah-ul-Haq 97; Nuwan Pradeep 2 for 50) lead Sri Lanka 388 ( Kaushal Silva 95 , Mahela Jayawardene 129 , Angelo Mathews 42 ; Junaid Khan 3 for 102) by 42 runs.
