Pakistan skipper Mohammad Hafeez won the toss and elected to bat against South Africa in the second Twenty20 International at Cape Town on Friday.
Pakistan made one change as Anwar Ali was replaced by Saeed Ajmal in the side.
AB de Villiers returned to the side for South Africa and left-arm spinner Aaron Phangiso repalced Lonwabo Tsotsobe.
The hosts won the first T20 by Duckworth-Lewis method as rain played spoilsport. The home side was declared winner by four runs.
