Imran Tahir became the third player in the history of Pakistan Super League (PSL) to claim a hat-trick. This was also the second hat-trick of PSL 2018. Playing for Multan Sultans, Tahir achieved this feat against Quetta Gladiators on Match 13. Tahir’s hat-trick included wickets of Hasan Khan, John Hastings and Rahat Ali. He ended with figures of 3 for 19. Earlier in the edition, Junaid Khan playing for Sultans picked a hat-trick against Lahore Qalandars. Junaid’s hat-trick included Yasir Shah, Cameron Delport and Shaheen Afridi. The first-ever hat-trick in PSL was taken by Mohammad Aamer of Karachi Kings.
