Punjab have recovered from early losses on Day Three of their Ranji Trophy 2013-14 quarter-final against Jammu and Kashmir at Vadodra. Punjab are currently 200 for six and are leading 227 runs ahead.

Starting the day on 15 for two, Punjab were rocked early and lost wickets at regular intervals. At 50 for five, things looked very bad. However, Yuvraj Singh was still in the centre and he was joined by Mandeep Singh.

Both batsmen then helped Punjab recover and Yuvraj was moving well towards a fifty. They took Punjab past 100, but Yuvraj was dismissed for 40. In walked Gurkeerat Singh and he hit a fifty as Punjab neared 200. Mandeep also completed his fifty.
