Quinton De Kock, Hasim Amla give South Africa a positive start against Sri Lanka in 3rd ODI

South Africa won the toss and elected to bat first in the third and final One Day International (ODI) in Hambantota. Sri Lanka  opted for three frontline spinners for this series decider match. Rangana Herath came in place of Nuwan Kulasekara whereas South Africa also have one change,Wayne Parnell replaces Vernon Philander. After 12 overs, South Africa were 71 without loss with De Kock approaching his half-century.

Hashim Amla and Quinton De Kock started the South African innings on a positive note. De Kock hit Mallinga for three boundaries in the very first over. On the other end Sri Lanka have given the new ball to Senanayaka.

De Knock and Amla took South Africa past 50 in the ninth overs. De Knock has a catch put down in the Tenth over.
