Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) host Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014 on May 11. Bangalore are on a two-match losing streak. They were pummeled by Kings XI Punjab in their previous match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. Winning at home was considered as Bangalore’s strength in the IPL. Their season lies heavily on the balance of this match. Catch live ball-by-ball commentary of the Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rajasthan Royals.

On the other hand, Rajasthan sit comfortably in third position in the IPL 7 Points Table. But they too lost their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. It was an unusual match as Rajasthan bowled quite well to restrict Hyderabad. But their batting gave away and they were bowled out cheaply. They too will be looking to get their winning touch back. A victory for them will keep Shane Watson’s team in third position, but with 12 points after nine matches. Catch Live Updates of the Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rajasthan Royals match here.

Virat Kohli’s Bangalore are in sixth place coming into this match. They only have six points to their credit. A win is of paramount importance to the Bangalore unit. The pitch at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium has always assisted batting and it will be interesting to see how the likes of Chris Gayle, Kohli and AB de Villiers play against a solid Rajasthan bowling attack.

Squads:

Royal Challengers Bangalore: Virat Kohli (c), Chris Gayle, Parthiv Patel (wk), Yuvraj Singh, AB de Villiers, Albie Morkel, Muttiah Muralitharan, Mitchell Starc, Ravi Rampaul, Vijay Zol, Sachin Rana, Yogesh Takawale, Nic Maddinson, Sandeep Warrier, Tanmay Mishra, Harshal Patel, Shadab Jakati, Abu Nechim Ahmed, Ashok Dinda, Varun Aaron, Yuzvendra Chahal.
