Robin Uthappa has continued his good form in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014. In the run-chase of 143 against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he is helping them go well after they lost Gautam Gambhir early. In nine overs, Kolkata are 53 for one. The run-rate must be going up, but Uthappa is looking in good touch. Catch the live blog of the match here.

The seventh over was bowled by Amit Mishra and Uthappa made room and carted one over cover for a four. Earlier, in the sixth over, he saw a chance go down and that helped Kolkata. This time, he managed to hit it just above the fielder at cover. Karn Sharma then came on for the eight over and Uthappa made room again and lofted it over cover for a four. Irfan Pathan was brought in to bowl the ninth over and Uthappa pulled him over mid-wicket for a four as Kolkata brought their fifty up. Uthappa is batting on 35 and Pandey is batting on 11.

Earlier, Darren Sammy replaced Shikhar Dhawan as the captain of the Sunrisers Hyderabad. He won the toss and chose to bat first. The only change to the Hyderabad side was that Moises Henriques made way for Sammy. Kolkata fielder the same side.
