Mumbai: Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar on Tuesday said he admires megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who turns 75 on Wednesday, for his humility and his hunger to achieve more. “My father had first pointed out the humble nature of Amitji. I was too young to understand this aspect then but have been struck by his humility every time I have met him,” the Bharat Ratna awardee said in a message. Heaping praise on Big B, Tendulkar also said the actor’s hunger to achieve more was admirable. “His hunger to achieve more is also admirable. Amitji keeps pushing the boundaries and reinventing himself,” he said. Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun set to debut for Mumbai Under-19

Meanwhile, Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar are all set to play for Mumbai in the under-19 category. Little Master Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun will make his debut appearance for Mumbai in the upcoming the Vinoo Mankad Trophy. Mumbai will be playing against Baroda on October 9 and Saurashtra on October 10. Mumbai Cricket Association’s (MCA) under-19 selection committee led by Rajesh Pawar announced the team for the first two games. They have appointed Agni Chopra as captain, while players like Atharva Ankolekar, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Anjadeep Lad have also been included. Arjun has represented Mumbai in under-16 level in 2015-16 and has played in the ‘B’ division in 2016.
