As Sachin Tendulkar turns 41, CricketCountry brings you a list of galleries highlighting the achievement and special moments from the glorious career which lasted for 24 years. Tendulkar in India was not just cricket but a phenomenon and a religion in itself.

Born on April 24, 1973 to Ramesh and Rajini Tendulkar, the Little Master seemed destined for greatness. Scripting a record-breaking 664-run stand with Vindo Kambli in school cricket, making his First-Class debut at 15 and an year later making his debut for India against Pakistan in 1989. The cricketing world took notice of Sachin when he cracked a gutsy ton at Old Trafford against England and then went on to play a breathtaking innings at WACA, Perth against Australia. Year after year, he conquered various records. Injuries, controversies, form nothing stopped him from conquering unparalleled heights.
