Just like Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar has always been vocal about array of topics. Recently, the ‘Little Master’ was disappointed over his children’s fake accounts being active on Twitter. This is the not the first time Tendulkar has expressed disappointment on the issue. In 2014, Tendulkar had confirmed the same from his official Facebook account. The message read, “Please don’t trust the fake Twitter handles of my children Sara and Arjun. They are not on Twitter.”
Bringing up the same issue, this time Tendulkar tweeted and requested Twitter to remove those fake accounts, “I reiterate the fact that my children Arjun & Sara are not on twitter. We request @Twitter to remove all such accounts at the earliest.” He also posted a second tweet immediately saying, “Impersonation wreaks havoc, creates misunderstanding & traumatises us. I appeal to the platforms to take corrective measures immediately.”
Whether Twitter takes quick action on Tendulkar’s request, is to be seen.
On a brighter note, Tendulkar and his son had the opportunity to meet WWE champions Jinder Mahal at their residence on Sunday. Arjun is a big fan of WWE. Mahal has personally invited the duo to attend the WWE’s live event in New Delhi.
