Sachin Tendulkar to attend closing ceremony of multi-sports festival in Nagpur
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will also attend the concluding ceremony, to be held at the Yashwant Stadium.
Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar will attend the concluding ceremony of a multi-sports festival here on May 26. The ‘Khasdar Krida Mohatsav’, with the slogan ‘Chak de, Khelo Nagpur Khelo’, was inaugurated on May 6. Tendulkar will attend the May 26 event, sources close to him said. The inaugural edition of the event featured football, kho-kho, tennis ball cricket (men), tennis, basketball, carrom, skating, athletics, swimming, volleyball, badminton, hockey, chess, kabaddi, table-tennis, cycling, girls cricket, wrestling and body building.
