Rohit Sharma recorded his third T20I century to take India home against England in the third T20I to seal series. England posted a good total of 198 batting first with Jason Roy smashing 67 off 31. In the chase, it was all Rohit’s show right from the first over. He was timing the ball well and finding the middle of the bat right from the start. He got to the triple digit mark in just 56 balls. He added 89 run partnership with Virat Kohli  for the fourth wicket.

Many cricketing stars like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag took up twitter to congratulate Rohit and team India for the victory.

Rohit missed this milestone in Ireland where he got out of 97 in the first T20I. In the next match he came to bat two down which did not work out well for him as we saw in Indian Premier League (IPL). However, he has shown in this match that he is best as opener as India won the match by 7 wickets and 8 balls to spare.
