Nagpur: Battered and bruised on spinning tracks, the South African cricket team decided to take a day off and visit the wildlife santucary at Pench. To take their minds off from the game and to help them relax for some time, former South African captain Shaun Pollock, who is here as a TV commentator, organised a trip at the Pench Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, which is about 80 km of drive from the main Nagpur city. Meanwhile, Wasim Akram suggested that South Africa should adopt the policy of one captain across two formats after the visitors lost the four-Test series 2-0 with the final game scheduled to be played in Delhi. “You know sometimes it is better to have one captain across two formats. So may be, South Africa should have adopted that policy and looked at just AB de Villiers as a skipper in two formats. Different style of captains and adjusting to it quickly is difficult. Having said that AB should have also struggled as a captain on these pitches,” he said. Hashim Amla credits Indian bowlers following South Africa’s loss in 3rd Test at Nagpur
