South Africa vs Sri Lanka, 3rd T20I Live Streaming: Watch SA vs SL live telecast online

It is expected to be warm but windy day at Cape Town. There were showers on Tuesday, but hopefully the rains will stay away on the match day. The weather forecast, at least, says so.

The series is on the line as South Africa and Sri Lanka play the third T20 International (T20I) at Cape Town on Wednesday. The live cricket streaming of the match is available on tensports.com, OZEE and Ditto TV, while the live telecast will be available on Ten Sports 1 HD, and Ten 3. Both the teams are levelled in the three-match series 1-1 after the first two games. South Africa had a winning start to the series after they emerged victorious in the rain-affected first T20I at Centurion by 19 runs. Due to persistent rains, the match was reduced to 10 overs per side.

South Africa, courtesy David Miller and stand-in skipper Farhaan Behardien, put up 126 on the board while Sri Lanka could only manage 107 in reply. Debutant Lungi Ngidi was the star performer for South Africa finishing with 2 for 12 in his quota of 2 overs, due to which he was awarded the Man-of-the-Match. In reply, Sri Lanka made a comeback in the series, riding on injured skipper Angelo Mathews’ inspiring leading-from-the-front knock. Debutant Lakshan Sandakan and Isuru Udana first restricted Proteas to 113 in the second game at Johannesburg. It was then left to Mathews’ brilliance, who, with an injured leg, finished the game in the last over with two sixes.

The third and final T20I at Cape Town thus holds a lot of significance as it is being reduced to the series-decider. To add more spice to the contest, talismanic batsman AB de Villiers is making a return to the team after long injury layoff. He made his return to competitive cricket in style when he hammered 103-ball 134 not out playing for Northerns against the Easterns at Benoni. All eyes shall be on him, before he leads South Africa in the five-match ODI series against the same team. Mathews’ return to the country has left a big gap to be plugged for the visitors. But they will take inspiration from their maiden win on the tour in the last game and look to win the series.
