Both Kohli and Anushka celebrated Christmas together in the beautiful Indian state and were seen together at the Jolly Grant airport in the state capital Dehradun.

Virat Kohli owned 2016 with his superlative batting and as the Indian Test skipper led the side to the No.1 spot in ICC Test Rankings. His tremendous performance both as captain and batsman extended India’s unbeaten run to 18 Tests after beating England by 4-0. After claiming a thumping 4-0 win over England, Kohli was spotted in Uttarakhand with Anushka , There have been ups and downs in their relationship but according to reports they are still going strong. Both Kohli and Anushka celebrated Christmas together in the beautiful Indian state and were seen together at the Jolly Grant airport in the state capital Dehradun. Earlier this year, Kohli was named as brand ambassador for Uttarakhand’s tourism and this was his first visit since then.

The rumours over Kohli and Anushka’s relationship have once again started. They have been seeing each other quite often and are yet to admit it publically about their relationship status. Recently, Kohli was also seen in Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech’s wedding with Anushka. So far, Kohli had an excellent year and whatever he does, it automatically becomes the news trend. The arrival of Kohli in Uttarakhand made Chief Minister Harish Rawat welcom him. The CM took to Twitter andwrote, “Welcome to #Uttarakhand @AnushkaSharma @imVkohli Hope you have memorable moments throughout your visit.”

Earlier this year, it was reported that Kohli and Anushka had broken off. The actress was trolled on Twitter whenever Kohli came up with match defining performances. Things got beyond control and eventually Kohli had to lash out on the trolls.

In 2016, Kohli scored 1,215 runs in Tests, 739 in ODIs and 641 in T20Is. He was also immensely successful in the IPL scoring almost 1,000 runs. He averaged 75.93 in Tests, 92.37 in ODIs and 106.83 in T20Is. The year of 2016, which made his average go above 50 across formats. Besides scoring heaps of runs, Kohli led India to three Test series wins. Starting with West Indies by 2-0, then whitewash victory over New Zealand by 3-0 and in the end, taking revenge against England by winning 4-0.
