Virat Kohli, the star India batsman, raised money for charity in the Indian Super League during the Atletico de Kolkata versus FC Goa match on Thursday. Kohli is the co-owner of the FC Goa side.
He raised as much as much as Rs.50,000. He was required to score penalties successfully. In accordance with the event he was given the opportunity to take four penalties. He successfully managed to convert two of them.
Atletico de Kolkata defeated FC Goa by two goals to one in an ill-tempered game. Calvin Lobo scored both the goals for Atletico de Kolkata. Earlier FC Goa had taken the lead.
