India need 47 more runs in order to avoid follow on Day 4 of the third Test match at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton. MS Dhoni was batting on 50, along with Mohammad Shami at stumps on Day 3.

England’s pace duo of James Anderson and Stuart Broad picked up wickets at crucial intervals to put the hosts ahead. All the Indian batsman got good starts, but failed to convert them into big totals. Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane will be kicking themselves as they were not dismissed by great bowling, but by poor shot selection.
