India comfortably won the first T20I against Ireland played on June 27 at Malahide. The visitors set a huge target of 208 after being put to bat. Rohit Sharma was unfortunate to miss his third T20I century by a mere 3 runs. In the second innings Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal shared 7 wickets between them to hand India a win of 76 runs. India are now all set to take on Ireland in the second T20I at the same venue today.

BCCI‘s official twitter account shared a video of players practicing in nets ahead of the match.

Many Indian players are approaching various landmarks in the shortest format of the game. Among Irish players, Peter Chase who took 4 for 35 and James Shannon who smashed 60 off 35 balls will look to carry on the same momentum in the second game. After this game India will head to England for a long tour.
