The biopic on India’s limited-overs skipper, MS Dhoni, has made rounds on social media and the anticipation for the same is also on a high. With the releasing dates of the movie being around the corner, the promotions have shifted to another level. In another video posted by Fox Star Hindi, makers of the film, on YouTube, the lead actor of the film Sushant Singh Rajput is seen imitating Dhoni’s footsteps and following his routine. It’s a funny video as it speaks about the drilling and hard working life of Dhoni. Sushant has worked extremely hard to fill in the big shoes of Dhoni and the results are mesmerising.

In the video, Sushant and Dhoni are first spotted at the gym where the duo is seen sweating it out on the treadmill. Sushant seems to get tired after a while whereas Dhoni continues to run and shows his horse like stamina. Later, Sushant follows him to the dining table where Dhoni gulps down the milk while Sushant hesitates and the expression says it all. Dhoni cannot control his laughter and bursts out laughing as Sushant gives up after a mere sip. Later, Sushant trails Dhoni to the dressing room and after that they both end up wearing same attire. Dhoni compliments Sushant and vice versa.

Not just that, Sushant also walks like him and pretends to read the newspaper in a style akin to Dhoni. In the end, he also follows him to the washroom to which Dhoni says, ‘let something remain untold.’ It’s a funny video and shows the kind of camaraderie the duo has built between them.

The movie has garnered a lot of attention and the fans are certainly looking forward to it. Dhoni at present is out of action on the field after calling it a day from Test cricket and the national side playing a Test series against New Zealand at home. He will have a role to play as the skipper of the side when India lock horns with Kiwis in the five-match One-Day International (ODI) series. Dhoni has been a skillful leader in the shorter formats and has every title to his name. He won the ICC World T20 title in 2007, and scripted history in 2011 World Cup. He also has ICC Champions Trophy to his name and has also done a commendable job for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The movie will speak about his journey from a ticket collector to a cricketing legend.
