It was yet another last-over thriller in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018, as Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) went to beat Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 4 runs. It was MS Dhoni‘s unbeaten 79* that kept his side in hunt in pursuit of 198 runs. Chris Gayle provided KXIP the perfect start smashing a quire-fire 63 off 33 balls. Gayle found support in KL Rahul, who scored 37 in a 96-run stand. It was Shardul Thakur and Imran Tahir, who picked two wickets apiece.
