Mumbai Indians did the unthinkable to qualify for the playoffs of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014. Chasing 190 to win, they needed to beat the Rajasthan Royals inside 14.3 overs. Corey Anderon smashed an unbeaten 95 off 44 balls but it all boiled down to the final two deliveries With eight needed of two balls to qualify, Ambati Rayudu hit a six over fine-leg. And the next ball, he was run out while trying to go for a second. Aditya Tare came out with the scores level at 14.3 overs. He then smashed a six first ball and that helped take them to the playoffs. Mumbai needed a six off that delivery to qualify and Tare did the job perfectly.
