Sri Lanka began solidly in the second Test against Pakistan at Colombo. All the spotlight has been on their local hero Mahela Jayawardene playing his 149th and final Test of his career. Colombo has been a flat deck and there was no doubt that team winning toss will elect to bat.
Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat. They brought in Chanaka Wellegedera in for an injured Shaminda Eranga and Lahiru Thirimanne for Kithuruwan Vitahanage. Pakistan on the other hand brought Wahab Riaz for Mohammad Talha.
