India embark upon another overseas tour as they travel to New Zealand for a two-match Test series and a five-match One-Day International (ODI). India had last toured the country in 2009 and had done well by winning both the Test and ODI series. This time, they are coming off a tough tour to South Africa and have a young side that is fearless. Apart from the defeat in South Africa, they have done well in ODIs over the last year. In Tests, they are still rebuilding after a slew of retirements. However, this tour is important for them in context of the 2015 World Cup, which would be held in Australia and New Zealand.
