Rohit Sharma and Ravichandran Ashwin continued to make merry during the morning session of Day Three of the first Test between India and the West Indies at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Rohit and Ashwin put up a 280-run stand for the seventh wicket and it is now the highest partnership for that wicket for India in Test cricket. Rohit was ultimately dismissed for 177, and Ashwin went for 124, but with the lead over 200, India were in command of the game. India were bowled out for 453 and are 219 ahead.
