A video by Cricket Australia featuring the life of all-rounder Lisa Sthalekar.

Born in an orphanage in India, Sthalekar was adopted by Australian citizens and taken Down Under where she rose to become one of the most successful women's cricketers in the country.

Sthalekar talks about her experiences as a player and a coach of New South Wales' youth cricket academy.

The right-handed all-rounder, who bowls off spin, is also the captain of New South Wales.  She is the first woman to score 1,000 runs and take 100 wickets in ODIs.
