Former Australian wicketkeeper and commentator Ian Healy spoke to Brad Haddin after Australia completed England Ashes whitewash at Sydney Cricket Ground on Jane McGgrath Day.


Haddin said that he was sure that Australia had the upper hand in the match but he didn’t know that the match would end so early, on the third day. Haddin said Australia deserved to win and the way the finished it was outstanding. Haddin credited everyone for the win.


Haddin and Steven Smith‘s batting partnership through out the series has put the hosts on the upperhand but the top-order stumbling to England’s bowling.


Speaking about his own career, Haddin said he is comfortable the way his career is moving right now. Haddin said, “It is about having a good environment and getting better as cricket team and moving forward.”


Haddin also confirmed that he isn’t retiring now and wants to soak into the victory for now.
