Australia are now seeing the indigenous population take up the sport and it is also a way to bring the communities together. Australia have been amongst the best cricket teams in the world and only a couple indigenous players have been seen at the highest level. Dan Christian and Jason Gillespie are the only ones who have played for Australia.
