Bhuvneshwar Kumar said that the Indian bowlers only need to keep things simple at Auckland in the third One-Day International (ODI) against New Zealand to succeed. He also said that the conditions in New Zealand are suitable for pacers. Bhuvneshwar added that he has done enough work on his bowling, especially bowling in the death overs and has also tried to improve his yorkers.
He did not label any single New Zealand batsman as a threat and maintained that any one of them on a good day could prove to be dangerous for India. Bhuvneshwar said that there was no specific plan for Corey Anderson and the Indians would focus on the New Zealand team as a whole. He also said that the Indians would try to exploit the pace-friendly conditions and will try to put up a good show. Bhuvneshwar also said that the wickets in New Zealand have more bounce than swing and will aid medium pacers like himself. He believed that there was no pressure on the Indians and they were only thinking of winning games on the tour.
