England‘s Eoin Morgan has admitted that his side’s poor batting was the reason as to why they lost the T20 series against the West Indies.

Morgan said that the English batsmen needed to buckle up in terms of scoring quickly in T20′s and admitted that slow batting was the main reason for their loss in the Caribbean tour.

But Morgan also stated that England could take a few positives from the tour and could use it during the ICC World T20 in Bangladesh.

Morgan was hopeful that apart from the batting even the English bowlers could scale up their act since he felt England lacked the instinct to pick up crucial wickets on many occasions during the tour.

Despite the loss Morgan maintained that England were a quality side and were looking to shrug aside the loss and concentrate on the upcoming tournament in Bangladesh.
