Meanwhile, there are reports suggesting that all is not well in the England camp. England’s star batsman Kevin Pietersen and the team director Andy Flower are said to be at loggerheads and now, Alastair Cook, is said to have had a heated chat with the maverick batsman during the final Ashes 2013-14 Test at Sydney.

 

Cook, who wanted Pietersen to be picked for the tour of India last year, didn’t publicly support him during a press conference recently.

 

Now, Sydney Morning Herald reports that there was a heated discussion between Cook and Pietersen before the final Test of the Ashes series, “Pietersen and Alastair Cook were involved in a ‘heated’ discussion at the SCG on the eve of the fifth Test.
