Harsha Bhogle has appeared in a Micromax LED TV commercial. After being dropped from Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016, Bhogle has appeared in this advertisement in which he merrily praises the TV stating that the experience which one gets viewing a cricket match on this Television is like watching it live in the stadium. He says in the commerical, ” There are somethings you will feel only in a stadium. The frenzy of fans going nuts, the sound as they scream their guts out, the colours as they cheer their team to glory. So when I am not at the stadium I bring the stadium home. Bhogle was earlier dropped from commentating in IPL 9. His commentary style was not very catchy but it did have many nice facts which he used to share with the viewers. At the same time, Bhogle had a good ability to strike a fine rapport with the other commentator. Talking of Micromax, it is one of the few Indian companies known primarily for their mobile phones though they have ventured into television as well.
