As England’s U-19 team beat Australia U-19 by one-wicket to clinch third place in the ongoing ICC Under-19 World Cup 2014 the victorious side’s players reflect on what has been a terrific campaign for the Three Lions from start to finish.

England’s skipper Will Rhodes said that he was pleased with the win over Australia and also heaped praise on centurion Ben Duckett who he felt was the decisive factor between the two sides.

Ben Duckett who scored his first century for the England Lions said that this big score was overdue for them as he had earlier scored a few good knocks but had failed to capitalize them into big scores.

Matthew Fisher another member of England’s victorious squad said that the win was a ‘miracle’ considering the tough spot his side were in up to the last four overs of the match and said that the side should build on the momentum from this win and carry it forward into future matches and tournaments.
