James Anderson grabs five against Northants
Lancashire were bowled out for just 119 in overcast conditions.

England pace bowler James Anderson grabbed five wickets for Lancashire against the Northants in their First Division county championship match. Earlier in the day, Lancashire were bowled out for just 119 in overcast conditions. In reply, Northants were struggling at 133 for eight at stumps, with Matt Spriegel unbeaten on 43.
James Anderson is widely considered to be one of the most lethal pace bowlers in the world alongside Dale Steyn. His recent form for England in the Ashes was disappointing, as the medim-pacer was comprehensively out-bowled by the likes of Australian spearhead Mitchell Johnson. With this five-wicket haul, Anderson has shown that he is back with a bang. England supporters will be able to rest much easier now.
