KKR celebrate entering IPL 2014 final by spoofing popular song ‘Happy’
Kolkata Knight Riders have been on a roll in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014 with a stunning unbeaten run taking them to the finals for the second time in the tournament’s history. The camaraderie between players is on an all time high throughout the camp and it was palpable when the entire team, which included even pace legend Wasim Akram and the mono-expression genius Sunil Narine.
Just like the team’s fortunes this season, Robin Uthappa was the spearheading the lip-synching part and young Indians like Umesh Yadav, Manish Pandey and Kuldeep Yadav were enjoying the team bonding session. The track they were jiving to was Pharrell Willliams’ “Happy”, which is a chart-buster around the world. Legendary all-rounder Jacques Kallis joined in will great vigor despite not getting a game in recent times. The video aptly summed up the mood in the camp, which was at an all time high and are raring to go for the final.
