Marcus Stoinis seems a happy man after he slammed a spectacular century during Victoria’s Sheffied Shield match against Tasmania on the second Day.

The century was Stoinis’ maiden one in First-class cricket and the man was more than happy to speak to Cricket Australia after his exploits with the bat.

Stonis said he was ‘buzzing’ after the century and said that it was even the more special since it came after five long years in First-Class cricket.

Stoinis mainatained that he had changed and matured as a batsman since he debuted as a 19-year old and said that he was hoping to carry forward the momentum in the remainder of the Sheffield Shield’s matches.

Stoinis also praised his batting partner David Hussey for helping him build the innings and said that Victoria were looking for a win against Tasmania.
